Intensity Plus
Day one of my five-day break and it's nearly noon and I'm still in bed. Beats the 04:00 rise any day. There's been a parade through my room checking it's really me. 21 days away from home and 55,000 nautical miles later I'm back in my own bed getting head from the one I love. No more blue balls, the tanks are empty.
I managed to miss THE parade this year by 24 hours! Oh well maybe Mardi Gras 2005. I hear it was a bit wet but still ots of fun. I still remember back to the year Grace Jones was performing at the rave before they were called raves, she saw us on a podium and in mid-song did the "OMG you're twins" face that we see quite often. Pull up to my bumper baby has a whole different conotation after that meeting. One scary lady, we were a little drunk and she was a little flirty, but her voice, deeper than ours was at 19, hell deeper than ours now. She kept on buying the drinks and we kept on drinking, the rest is a blur.
Time to shower the funk away. Got a lunch date at Bondi Beach and it's a stinky humid day in old Sydney town.
