Christmas Is Over For Another Year
Dec. 28th, 2003 04:31 pmMy five day break is coming to a close. Back to work tomorrow for this duck. Spent a fair proportion watching TV. Specifically we watched the two "Harry Potter" movies. I wasn't planning on enjoying them, so had put off seeing them until now but as our DVD collection swelled this Christmas I thought I'd see what all the fuss was about.
So we got comfy on the couch and watched the movies on consecutive nights. We found them quite entertaining. The main characters seem to have grown up between the first and second movie...Harry should be shaving by the next one. I haen't read any of the books but it looks like that is next. I'm not hooked ming you but I am interested.
My other half has been sick over Christmas and hasn't left the house in five days. He's watched lots of TV including the entire first series of The West Wing. Not sure what is happening for New Years Eve, we may sit this one out and stay home, depends on feeling better I suppose.
